Shellabration is a unique opportunity to enjoy the ultra-fresh shellfish of Peconic Bay and taste the finest North Fork Wine! For two days, ticket holders will be able to amble and sample the very best culinary creations of Greenport’s leading chefs. Fourteen participating restaurants will offer $5 tapas-sized portions of their finest local shellfish creations. Local wineries will offer $3 wine pairings. The bounty of the North Fork will come together in a delicious culinary walk that celebrates the recent regeneration of Peconic Bay.

HOW: Your wristband entitles you to the first tasting of the day–a free glass of Greenport Harbor Ale, and a SPAT sponsored raw bar tasting of Peconic Bay scallops, clams and oysters. You will also receive a tour map pinpointing the participating restaurants.
Profits from wristband sales will go to the Southold Project in Aquaculture Training and the Greenport Rotary Club.
